WARNING Prototype weapon drop, inbound!

Today I am proud to present the ASUS Black Edition Thunderbolt card! Now the first thing that comes in mind is that you all are asking wtf is that? Lets have a closer look on one of the newest gaming weapons on the marked:

The Thunderbolt is developed by ASUS as an expansion card that combines the two most important (on-line) gaming essentials: Internet connection speed & Headphone sound (Pro Gaming Rule 1 - Speed & Sound).

What the card actually does is boost the internet connection and lowers the latency by a Killer E 2100 Gaming Interface network controller with its own dedicated memory. Combined with a 7.1 sound amplifier specially designed for headphones based on the Xonar technology that has all popular formats supported DTS/EAX/Dolby etc.

The card itself has a pair of gold plaited 3.5mm jacks for headphone out and line out, an optical S/PDIF out as well as an Ethernet port. The card uses one PCI-E slot and fits fine between a SLI dual video card set up. It uses one internal USB connector and one 4-pin Molex power cable.
